About the Role
We’re looking for ambitious and enthusiastic Legal Analysts to join our team. This is a client-facing legal consulting role where you’ll work closely with individuals facing financial and legal challenges while coordinating with banks, NBFCs, fintech lenders, and other financial institutions to facilitate effective dispute resolution.
The role combines legal analysis, client acquisition, client relationship management, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), negotiations, and financial dispute handling. Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard prospective clients by understanding their legal and financial concerns.
Build strong client relationships and ensure a high level of client retention throughout the engagement.
Analyse legal and financial documents, including loan agreements, notices, recovery communications, and credit reports.
Assist in resolving disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms such as negotiation, mediation, and settlement discussions.
Coordinate and communicate with banks, NBFCs, fintech lenders, recovery agencies, and other financial institutions on behalf of clients.
Draft legal notices, representations, settlement proposals, and other legal correspondence.
Conduct legal research on banking laws, consumer protection, debt recovery, RBI regulations, and related statutes.
Maintain accurate client records and case documentation using the company’s CRM.
Work closely with the legal team to develop case strategies and ensure timely execution.
Handle client queries professionally while ensuring exceptional service standards.
Achieve client acquisition and retention targets while maintaining ethical legal practices.
Stay updated with legal developments relating to banking, financial services, consumer law, and ADR.
Who We’re Looking For
Fresh graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
LL.B., B.A. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B., or B.Com LL.B. graduates preferred.
Fluent in Kannada (Mandatory).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Comfortable interacting with clients and financial institutions over calls, emails, and meetings.
Willingness to learn client acquisition, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately.
