Demo Presenter / Client Engagement Executive

About The Role
Dxesk is looking for a confident and motivated Demo Presenter / Client Engagement Executive to support our business development activities in the local market. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their business requirements, conducting online product demonstrations, presenting suitable software solutions in English and native languages, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. This is a fully remote position, welcoming applicants from countries across Asia, Africa, and South America.
What You Will Do
Identify and qualify leads within the market using digital and traditional channels
Present and demonstrate company products and services effectively in English and native language of the employee
Conduct online product demonstrations for prospective clients
Analyze client requirements and tailor IT/software solutions accordingly
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Collaborate with multinational teams to support successful project implementation and client satisfaction
Follow up with prospective clients
Requirements
Fluent in English and local language of employee based country
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A degree or diploma in the IT field is an added advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills
Confidence in online demonstrations, follow-ups, and remote teamwork
Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain software solutions clearly to different types of clients
Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving ability and confidence in lead generation, online demonstrations, follow-ups, and remote teamwork
