About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by developing and maintaining scalable software solutions. Your work will directly influence how AI models learn, reason, and perform through the integration of real-world, high-quality data. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in software development, who are passionate about leveraging their skills in a cutting-edge AI environment. No prior experience in AI is required; your domain-specific knowledge and technical proficiency are what matter most.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess over three years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages or frameworks: Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, Node.js, Android, or iOS development. Candidates should have a proven track record of building scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems. Experience working in remote, collaborative, and agile environments is essential. Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines is required. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are vital. The ability to work independently and proactively in a distributed setting is highly valued.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalable back-end and full-stack applications utilizing Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, or Node.js to support AI data training and evaluation processes.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, AI researchers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with evolving project requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices in software engineering.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases to enhance system performance, stability, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning sessions to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept and design through testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication across distributed team members to ensure project alignment and transparency.
