Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC programming Milling/Turning Operator located in Bangalore. The CNC operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling and turning machines to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, loading tools and fixtures, entering or adjusting programs, performing test runs, and measuring finished parts with appropriate inspection tools. The role involves routine machine maintenance, identifying and resolving machining issues, and maintaining accurate production and quality records. The operator will collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and team members to meet production targets while following safety standards and shop-floor procedures.
Qualifications
B.Tech/ BE mechanical or mechatronics

CNC programming skills, including ability to read and modify programs and interpret engineering drawings
Strong machining skills in CNC milling and turning, with experience in setting up machines, selecting tools, and using measuring instruments
Teaching or mentoring skills to guide junior operators or trainees in safe and efficient machine operation
Knowledge of shop safety practices, quality control procedures, and basic preventive maintenance for CNC machines
Relevant technical diploma or certification in machining, mechanical engineering, or a related field
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, stand for extended periods, and handle routine physical tasks in a manufacturing environment
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work in shifts as required
