Comfort and confidence in front of the camera, including ability to follow direction, adapt poses, and express a range of styles or moods.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with creative, marketing, and production teams in a remote setup.
Reliable access to high-quality internet and the ability to participate in remote casting, virtual fittings, or online campaign meetings.
Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to manage schedules, shoot preparations, and grooming or styling needs as required.
Understanding of digital and social media environments; experience with brand or influencer content is a plus.
Openness to feedback and continuous learning, with a commitment to inclusive and non-discriminatory representation in all campaigns.
Prior experience in media, entertainment, fashion, or advertising industries is beneficial but not strictly required.
