Sourcing and Production Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sourcing and Production Manager role based in Indore.
The Sourcing and Production Manager oversees supplier identification, vendor negotiations, and purchasing activities to secure materials at optimal cost and quality for manufacturing major US Intimate Apparel Brands.
Qualifications
M
inimum 5 years experience in Sourcing or Vendor management, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
Ability to analyze cost, quality, and lead-time data and use it to support negotiations, supplier selection, and process improvements.
Effective English communication and relationship-building skills for working with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using ERP or production management software and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation tools).
Understanding of quality control principles, basic compliance standards, and safety practices relevant to manufacturing operations.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; relevant certifications in sourcing or production management are an advantage.
The Manager is required to travel outside of India.
