What You'll Own
Enterprise Quote-to-Cash, the deal process from tender through signed, negotiated MSA, for accounts where "enterprise" is defined by scale, multi-entity structure, and formal procurement, not just deal size.
Command's enterprise view, the RBAC, reporting, and admin experience Tailored and Named Accounts depend on, including reporting cut for five distinct stakeholders on a single deal: Global Learning, HR, Procurement, Global Mobility, and Local HR.
The Franchise Portal, including a live, unresolved governance question about its reporting line that you'll be a real party to, not just informed of.
This pod's Critical User Journeys, authored by you, not handed down. The Enterprise Q2C journey and the franchisee royalty journey are both named as priorities with no step-level detail written up yet, that's real work waiting for this seat, not a backlog item.
Growth & Website, currently a single flex PM seat reporting to you, covering the self-serve funnel for Career Professionals and Self Serve Employers. You own the LTV:CAC review this seat's future shape is gated on, whether it stays a flex seat, becomes a permanent Senior PM role, or eventually justifies splitting off as its own fourth pod is your call to make and defend.
What Success Looks Like
Enterprise deals close without last-minute discoveries on security, works council, or data residency, because those requirements were built into the process from the start, not patched in during a live tender.
The enterprise segment threshold, currently defined three different ways across Command, the Q2C pipeline, and the Franchise Portal, gets resolved to one number under your ownership, since you're one of the parties who has to agree to it.
Both named CUJs in this pod get written, reviewed, and become the thing specs and launch gates actually check against.
A defensible, evidence-based recommendation on the Growth & Website gate, made and owned by you, whichever way the evidence actually points.
What We're Looking For
Real enterprise sales-cycle fluency. You should be able to speak comfortably about tender and RFP processes, executive sponsorship, and multi-entity contracting, not just SMB or self-serve motions.
Comfort with compliance-adjacent product work. Security questionnaires, SOC 2, GDPR, works council co-determination (Germany and Austria specifically, under Section 87(1) No. 6 BetrVG) are not edge cases here, they're weekly reality.
A track record of writing specs yourself, not just reviewing them.This pod's model is GPMs who still build, not GPMs who only manage.
Fluency with data and, increasingly, AI tools, to do the analysis behind this pod's biggest bets personally rather than only consuming a dashboard someone else built.
The judgment to know when a principle should bend.Berlitz has a real precedent for this: when its largest account needed configuration ahead of a fixed launch date, the answer was a deliberate, documented exception, not a quiet workaround, and not a rigid refusal either.
