Role Description The Management Trainee role at Propulence is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the trainee will support day-to-day business operations, sales and marketing, including data analysis, reporting, and coordination between internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer support. The trainee will assist in managing property listings, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to process improvements across the platform. Responsibilities also include learning key business functions, participating in cross-functional projects, and supporting stakeholder communication with buyers, investors, and developers. The position is designed to provide structured exposure to multiple departments, preparing the trainee for future leadership or specialist roles within the organization.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and generate clear insights.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Basic understanding of business operations, real estate, or technology platforms; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
Proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, project management or CRM systems).
Relevant bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated initiative, learning mindset, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines on-site in Noida.
