Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based at JNANA BANDHU SCHOOL & PU COLLEGE in Koppal. The Teacher will plan and deliver subject lessons aligned with the institution’s curriculum and academic standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student performance, maintaining records, and providing regular feedback to learners and families. The role involves creating an inclusive classroom environment, supporting students’ academic and personal development, and participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. The Teacher will collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to continuous improvement of the overall learning experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering structured lessons to school or PU-level students.
Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Training abilities to design effective learning activities and support student skill development.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
Relevant teaching certification or a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject area is preferred.
Experience working in a school or college setting and familiarity with current educational practices and assessment methods is beneficial.
Ability to manage classrooms, use basic educational technology, and support an inclusive, respectful learning environment is expected.
