The Opportunity L&B Investment Firm is seeking a highly connected Capital Introducer to raise capital for our Data Center Fund, focused on premium assets in Spain and the United States.
Please note: This is strictly a performance-based, 100% commission-only role without a fixed salary.
Mandatory Requirement You must bring a pre-existing, active book of investors (UHNWIs, Family Offices, or Institutional Investors) with a proven capacity of $400M+. We welcome capital from the UK, Spain, Japan, the GCC, or anywhere globally.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage your existing network to pitch our Data Center investment opportunities.
Drive the entire capital raising cycle: from initial introduction to securing final capital commitments.
Work autonomously to build and maintain long-term investor relationships.
Who You Are
Proven track record in capital raising, private banking, family offices, or fund management.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with deep knowledge of alternative investments.
Fluent in English (additional languages are highly valued).
Self-starter comfortable working remotely in a purely results-driven, commission-based environment.
