Must have skills: Enterprise Sales & Business Development, Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing, MRO, supply chain, technology stack needed to support the Aerospace manufacturing and operations, and industry ecosystem
Good to have skills: Sales Pursuit Management, Strong understanding of aerospace technologies and digital transformation solutions.
Job Summary: The ideal candidate will combine deep aerospace domain expertise with strong consultative sales capabilities to identify opportunities, develop client relationships, and lead strategic pursuits. This role requires the ability to translate complex technical and engineering capabilities into business value while driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies to expand Accenture’s Aerospace business.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across aerospace OEMs, suppliers, MROs, and defense organizations.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Lead sales pursuits from opportunity identification through closure, ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
Understand client business challenges, operational requirements, and technology priorities.
Present and articulate Accenture’s Aerospace, Digital Engineering, Industry X, Data & AI, Cloud, and Technology solutions to prospective clients.
Collaborate with clients to design tailored solutions that address business and operational needs.
