Kitting

Parallel Employment is seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals for a Kitting position at our client's facility in the manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities:
Pack components into kits for production lines
Inspect parts and materials for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Label and package kits appropriately for delivery to production
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of kitting tasks
Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies
Shift Hours:
1st shift Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm plus overtime as required
Pay:
$16.00
Requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Basic math and organizational skills
Willingness to work in a team environment
