Beeler Consulting is seeking a Financial Analyst & Transactions Coordinator to support both our internal financial operations and client engagements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into financial data, building models, understanding why businesses are or are not performing, and helping leadership make informed decisions.
The position works closely with Beeler Consulting’s CEO, finance leadership, consultants, healthcare executives, and clients. Responsibilities include financial modeling and forecasting, cash-flow analysis, hospital turnaround support, business and service-line analysis, M&A and transaction support, due diligence, internal financial reporting, and client decision support.
Key responsibilities include building financial models such as cash-flow forecasts, budgets, pro formas, break-even analyses, ROI models, staffing models, revenue projections, and profitability analyses. The role will also support hospital financial stabilization efforts, transaction data rooms and diligence requests, valuation and acquisition analysis, growth opportunities, and Beeler Consulting’s own budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and financial reporting.
The right candidate will have strong Excel and analytical skills, a basic understanding of accounting and financial statements, and experience or interest in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial modeling. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with incomplete or messy information, able to manage multiple projects, and confident communicating with senior leaders.
A background in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field is preferred. Experience with financial modeling, Excel, corporate finance, transaction advisory, investment banking, private equity, consulting, entrepreneurship, or business analysis is a plus. Healthcare finance experience is helpful but not required.
