QA Functional Tester – Medicaid Integrated Eligibility

We're hiring a functional QA tester for a state Health & Human Services Integrated Eligibility program. This is a hands-on testing role for someone who has tested Medicaid eligibility rules and workflows on a large state implementation.
What you'll do
Design and execute functional test cases for Medicaid eligibility determination (MAGI and Non-MAGI) and case workflows
Test applications, verifications, renewals/redeterminations, changes, and notices
Validate integrations between eligibility, MES/MMIS, and federal data sources
Run SIT, regression, and UAT support; manage defects through closure; maintain traceability
Required
3–7 years of functional QA/testing on complex business systems (Health & Human Services preferred)
Hands-on testing of eligibility rules and workflows (Medicaid/Medicare strongly preferred)
Experience with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES), MMIS, or Integrated Eligibility platforms
Working knowledge of CMS regulations and concepts: MAGI, verifications, renewals, notices
Prior experience on large systems-integrator-delivered state eligibility programs
Deloitte project experience required, as an Employee or Contractor
