We are a bootstrapped business building a focused social media team to support small businesses through content planning, posts, reels and social media management.
About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Executive who combines creativity, organisation and professional communication. This role includes content delivery, outreach for our own social media services and coordination of two interns.
Responsibilities
• Plan content calendars and write audience-focused captions.
• Create Canva posts and edit short-form reels using CapCut or similar tools.
• Research suitable prospects and carry out thoughtful, personalised outreach for our services.
• Join introductory client calls and document requirements.
• Coordinate interns, give constructive feedback and review work before client delivery.
• Track deadlines, revisions and deliverables.
What we are looking for
• A portfolio that clearly shows your own contribution.
• Clear written English and professional client communication.
• Practical design and short-form video skills.
• Reliability, attention to detail and the ability to explain creative choices.
AI tools may support your work, but accuracy, originality, brand relevance and final quality remain your responsibility.

Working schedule: 6 days per week, with 8 working hours and a 1-hour break each day (9 hours total daily; 48 working hours per week).
Location: Remote within Pakistan. Karachi-based candidates are preferred; candidates elsewhere in Pakistan may also apply.
