MindView Therapy is a outpatient group providing evidence-based care to adult clients. We give early-career clinicians the structure, supervision, and technology to grow into confident, licensed professionals.

Position Overview:You will deliver telehealth psychotherapy to an adult caseload while practicing under a New York LMHC or LCSW license. Scheduling, intake, and insurance billing are handled by our operations team so you can focus on clinical work.
Core Duties:
Conduct 25 to 30 video sessions per week once your caseload ramps. (ramp takes 2-3months)
Complete diagnostic intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24 hours.
Deliver CBT, ACT, ERP, CPT, and other evidence-based interventions.
Training and Supervision:
6 week dual track training - foundation and documentation.
Robust onboarding and ongoing training in evidence-based modalities and measurement-based care.
Weekly individual supervision plus a small peer consultation group.
Continuous skills training at no cost to you. (Supervision and Training equivalent to $14,000 market value provided free of charge)
Minimum Requirements:
New York License in Mental Health Counseling or Clinical Social Work.
Private, secure work-from-home space with reliable high-speed internet.
Ability to pass NY OMH background screening.
***Only accepting LMHC and LCSW who are able to obtain or already have their Full License in the state of New York - No LMSW***
Compensation:
Initially $55 per billable hour. Bonus structure for clients seen over 30 per week (+5$ per)
25-30 sessions per week
Transitions to salaried position at $89,100 per year.
