🚨 Hiring Urgently — TikTok Shop Manager, $100K/year, Remote (Anywhere in the World)
Kreek LLC is a TikTok Shop agency. We've driven $30M+ in GMV for the brands we manage, taking them from zero to consistent six-figure months on the platform. We're growing fast and need to fill this role immediately, looking for a TikTok Shop Manager who can take full ownership of that growth for the brands we run.
This is a leadership role, not a content-execution gig. You'll own the outcome for every brand on your plate.
What you'll do:
Build and run the full content strategy for your brands, start to finish
Lead a team of about 25 - influencer/affiliate outreach lead, TikTok ad specialists, graphic designers.
Take brands from launch to six figures a month in TikTok Shop GMV
Run multiple brands at once without letting any of them slip
Own paid strategy (Spark Ads, GMV Max) plus organic and creator-driven growth
What we need from you:
3+ years working specifically in supplement or beauty brands, this needs to be your category, not something adjacent
Real TikTok Shop or livestream commerce results, with numbers you can back up
Experience managing a team, not just doing the work yourself
Comfortable running multiple accounts at the same time
Available Monday–Friday, 8 hours a day, working US hours - wherever you're based
Able to start immediately or within 1-2 weeks
Pay: $100,000/year
Location: Remote, anywhere as long as you can work US hours
