About the Role
We are expanding our Dark Store network across Chennai and are looking for a Property Scouting Executive to identify commercially viable properties for quick commerce operations. This is a field-based role that involves daily scouting, broker coordination, landlord meetings, and site feasibility assessments.
Key Responsibilities
Scout commercial properties suitable for Dark Store operations across Chennai.
Identify properties within target micro-markets as assigned by the Expansion team.
Conduct daily site visits and engage with local brokers and landlords.
Capture property details including GPS location, photographs, videos, and measurements.
Assess road access, loading/unloading feasibility, parking, and utility availability.
Collect commercial terms such as rent, CAM charges, security deposit, and ownership details.
Submit complete site feasibility reports through the company’s mobile form.
Maintain a strong pipeline of shortlisted properties and follow up on negotiations.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in commercial real estate, property acquisition, brokerage, or field sales.
Good knowledge of Chennai’s real estate market is preferred.
Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with Google Maps and smartphone-based documentation.
Ability to evaluate commercial properties for operational suitability.
Strong networking skills with brokers and landlords.
Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentives
