Vitonnix is looking for an exceptional marketplace growth leader to take complete ownership of our Amazon India and Flipkart businesses.

We are a UK-headquartered, doctor-founded consumer healthcare company now investing significantly behind our next phase of growth in India.
This is NOT an e-commerce operations, logistics, fulfilment, warehouse or supply-chain role.
We are looking for someone who knows how to make products SELL online.
You will own the Amazon and Flipkart revenue number end to end:
• Marketplace sales, growth and profitability
• Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
• Amazon and Flipkart PPC / advertising
• ACOS, TACOS, ROAS and conversion
• Listings, SEO, keywords and organic rankings
• Pricing, promotions, deals and launches
• Ratings, reviews and marketplace visibility
• Competitor and category strategy
• Sales forecasting and marketplace P&L
CREATIVE OWNERSHIP IS CRITICAL
We already have an in-house creative team.
You are not expected to personally design graphics or edit videos.
But you must know exactly what creative is required to make a product sell.
You should be able to look at an underperforming product and identify whether we need a stronger thumbnail, different positioning, better benefit communication, new A+ Content, comparison graphics, a different video hook, improved storefront or an entirely different marketplace proposition.
You will brief our in-house creative team with precision.
They execute the creative. You own whether it converts.
If sales are not growing, we expect you to understand why, determine what needs changing and drive the changes until the numbers move.
WHO WE WANT
• 5+ years of serious hands-on Amazon / Flipkart growth experience
• Demonstrable record of materially scaling marketplace revenue
• Strong Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub expertise
• Deep practical knowledge of marketplace PPC and advertising
• Strong understanding of ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, conversion and profitability
• Excellent commercial and creative judgement
• Experience building listings and marketplace propositions that convert
• Highly analytical, entrepreneurial and sales obsessed
• Comfortable carrying ambitious revenue targets
• Experience in nutraceuticals, health supplements, beauty, personal care, FMCG or other consumer brands preferred
Amazon may be your stronger platform, or Flipkart may be your stronger platform. You do not need to be equally strong on both.
But you must have genuinely scaled at least one of them and understand the other sufficiently to own the overall marketplace business.

LOCATION
The role will ultimately be based with our India team in Chandigarh
However, we do not want geography to prevent us from finding an exceptional person.
