Logistics Operations & Accounting Coordinator
📍 Remote | 🇺🇸 US Eastern Time Shift | 💼 Contract | 💰 ₹20,000–₹25,000/month
We’re hiring a Logistics Operations & Accounting Coordinator to support daily freight operations and accounting activities for a North American logistics company.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily freight and transportation operations
Book loads and manage carrier relationships
Track shipments and provide customer updates
Handle carrier/customer calls and emails
Update shipments in TMS
Manage AP, AR, invoicing & carrier payments
Follow up on outstanding payments
Assist with reconciliations and P&L reporting
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Logistics, Freight, Dispatch, Transportation or Supply Chain
Strong English communication skills
Experience in logistics coordination or dispatch
Knowledge of TMS, AP, AR and invoicing
Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
Comfortable working US Eastern Time hours
Strong coordination and multitasking skills
