POSITION: Insurance Coverage & Casualty Attorneys (Growing Global Law Firm)
LOCATION: California — Irvine / Los Angeles / San Jose / Sacramento (Primarily Remote / Flexible)
COMPENSATION: Base salary up to $250k, plus comprehensive benefits and additional firm benefits.

Current Opportunities:
Property Coverage Associate — Irvine / Los Angeles
5+ years of experience
Insurance coverage / property coverage experience preferred
Compensation up to $250k
Casualty Associate — San Jose / Sacramento
5+ years of experience
Casualty litigation experience
Compensation up to $250k
Responsibilities for Insurance Coverage & Casualty Attorneys:
Manage complex insurance coverage and/or casualty litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, correspondence, coverage analyses, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and analysis and apply findings to litigation and case strategy
Develop and implement litigation strategies in collaboration with attorneys and clients
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, negotiations, and other litigation proceedings
Work collaboratively with attorneys across the firm on sophisticated matters and client engagements
Qualifications for Insurance Coverage & Casualty Attorneys:
J.D. from an accredited law school required
Active California Bar admission required
5+ years of relevant litigation experience
Insurance coverage and/or casualty litigation experience preferred, depending on position
Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Strong client-service orientation and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
