Our current focus is GluCurve, a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) platform for veterinary use, giving vets and pet owners real-time visibility into a diabetic pet's glucose levels to support faster, better-informed treatment decisions. Role Description
The Technical Recruiter (Contract) will lead end-to-end hiring for a mix of technical and operational roles as GluCurve scales its team, specifically:
Software Developers (mobile app + backend/cloud)
QA Engineers
Product Manager
Project Manager
Support Manager
This remote position will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles, then own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management across all five searches — running multiple concurrent requisitions from kickoff to close. Day-to-day responsibilities include building talent pipelines, managing job postings, conducting initial technical and cultural-fit assessments, coordinating interview logistics, and keeping candidates informed throughout the process. This role also supports process refinement, metrics tracking, and workforce planning aligned with GluCurve's growth.
Qualifications
Full-cycle recruiting experience: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management
Proven technical sourcing skills (software/QA) and experience hiring non-engineering roles (PM, project management, support/operations) — this role spans both
Comfortable running 3+ concurrent requisitions across different functions without losing pace
High English proficiency, written and spoken
Strong communication skills; able to represent a mission-driven medtech company to candidates
Effective in a fully remote setting, self-directed, deadline-driven
Familiarity with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics preferred
Medtech, health tech, or veterinary industry hiring experience a plus
