Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Remote – Latin America (Central Time schedule)

Our client is seeking a skilled Property Manager with hands-on residential property management experience to oversee their Dallas-Fort Worth rental portfolio while providing executive support to the owner. You will spend approximately 70–80% of your time managing property operations and 20–30% supporting the owner with administrative and executive tasks. Your work will directly impact occupancy, property condition, tenant satisfaction, and the efficient operation of their growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage tenant and guest communications, including inquiries, maintenance requests, lease questions, renewals, rent follow-ups, and general property-related issues.
Own the leasing process from prospect response and pre-qualification through applicant screening, showings, lease preparation, move-ins, and move-outs.
Manage vendors and contractors by obtaining competitive quotes, negotiating repair pricing, scheduling work, and confirming completion.
Triage maintenance requests, determine urgency, coordinate appropriate vendors, and keep tenants informed through resolution.
Manage property listings and availability calendars across platforms such as Airbnb, Furnished Finder, and Zillow, while overseeing recurring property operations including utilities, lawn care, cleaning, and lockbox access.
Maintain ClickUp tasks, property documentation, SOPs, and daily operational records, including providing concise end-of-day recaps.
Provide executive support to the owner, including inbox and calendar management, travel booking, scheduling, personal administrative tasks, and confidential phone calls with banks and service providers.
Must-Have Qualifications
2+ years of residential property management experience with direct responsibility for managing rental properties.
Hands-on experience managing vendors, obtaining multiple quotes, and negotiating repair or service pricing.
Experience managing short-term, mid-term, or long-term rental properties.
Strong written and spoken English with the ability to communicate professionally with tenants, guests, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Experience with property management or operations software such as AppFolio, Buildium, Innago, Breezeway, or similar platforms.
Strong ability to learn and work efficiently across ClickUp, Quo, Innago, Google Workspace, and other operational tools.
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, judgment, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently within approved budgets.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience remotely managing residential renovation projects and coordinating contractors.
Experience working across short-term, mid-term, and long-term rental models.
Previous Executive Assistant or administrative support experience.
Spanish fluency.
Experience managing executive inboxes, calendars, travel, and confidential administrative matters.
Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a backup connectivity plan.
Availability for scheduled camera-on video meetings and a daily team huddle.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM US Central Time, plus light weekend phone coverage. Weekend coverage generally involves being reachable by phone for occasional guest check-ins/outs or vendor activity and does not require sitting at a computer.
