About the Opportunity
PRAR is seeking proposals from qualified web service providers with a presence and service capabilities in Puerto Rico to assume the ongoing administration, maintenance, technical support, and continued development of the Association’s web platform.
The selected provider will play an important role in ensuring that PRAR’s digital platform remains stable, secure, current, functional, and responsive to the evolving needs of the organization and its membership.
This engagement will begin with an assessment of the existing website and technological infrastructure, followed by recommendations for improvements and ongoing technical administration and development.
Key Responsibilities
The selected provider will be expected to:
Conduct an initial assessment of the current website, including its technical structure, functionality, performance, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide ongoing WordPress administration and maintenance.
Manage, monitor, and update existing plugins.
Maintain website security, functionality, compatibility, and software updates.
Provide reliable and responsive technical support.
Identify technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions and enhancements.
Develop and maintain landing pages as needed.
Implement or support digital integrations with external platforms and services.
Evaluate opportunities involving automation, CRM systems, and third-party integrations.
Recommend technological improvements that can enhance the Association’s operations and digital presence.
Support the continued development and evolution of the website based on PRAR’s organizational and membership needs.
Desired Qualifications & Technical Capabilities
PRAR is seeking a provider with demonstrated experience in WordPress website administration, plugin management, website maintenance, security, troubleshooting, and web development.
Knowledge and experience with automation, CRM platforms, external integrations, landing-page development, and digital solutions are highly desirable.
The provider should also demonstrate the ability to offer ongoing service and technical support in Puerto Rico and to work collaboratively with PRAR’s administration as technological needs evolve.
