Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber and business-aligned finance executive for the position of Global Vice President of Finance. Based in the United States, you will serve as the chief financial strategist and operational orchestrator of our worldwide financial infrastructure.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and partnering closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will direct international corporate accounting, cross-border tax strategy, corporate treasury, and global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Crucially, you will optimize the unit economics, billable resource margins, and profitability metrics inherent to a high-growth global IT services and professional consulting delivery model.
This is a Hybrid role, offering executive remote work autonomy combined with strategic on-site leadership and cross-functional corporate alignment in our US corporate hubs.
Key Responsibilities
Global Financial Strategy: Formulate and execute the global financial blueprint, capital allocation strategies, and multi-year forecasting models to accelerate ADQ's international scalability.
Professional Services Unit Economics: Direct the analysis of billable utilization, gross margins per technology practice, offshore/nearshore delivery cost matrices, and project profitability frameworks.
Global FP&A & Corporate Treasury: Oversee comprehensive FP&A operations, delivering deep operational financial insights, corporate liquid management, cash flow steering, and currency hedging frameworks.
International Tax & Compliance: Architect and monitor compliance regarding international transfer pricing, cross-border corporate taxation, and multi-jurisdictional financial reporting regulations across the US and international delivery centers.
Financial Digitalization & Systems: Spearhead the continuous modernization of global enterprise accounting and ERP platforms, incorporating automated financial analytics and advanced reporting mechanisms.
Executive & Stakeholder Briefings: Deliver routine, data-driven financial performance analytics, P&L visibility assessments, and risk mitigation strategies to the C-suite and Board of Directors.
Empowered Leadership: Lead, upscale, and manage a highly skilled, distributed global finance and accounting team across different time zones.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an MBA with a strong corporate finance emphasis.
Professional Credentials: Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is strictly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 12–15+ years of progressive corporate finance leadership, with at least 5+ years serving as a VP of Finance, Global Financial Director, or CFO in a global capacity.
Industry Background: Deep domain expertise within IT Services, Professional Tech Consulting, SaaS, or globally matrixed high-tech professional services firms.
Technical Acumen: Mastery of global US GAAP / IFRS standards, multi-currency accounting consolidation, project-based billing infrastructure, and enterprise ERP tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Workday).
Leadership Capabilities: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; proven ability to drive commercial insight and collaborate flawlessly with technical and operational delivery units.
