Associate, Treasury

Our Treasury department is seeking a Treasury Associate to support our Treasury Operations, as well as to assist in our cash management activities. This includes, but is not limited to, our global cash management, ensuring sufficient liquidity to legal entities, and refining our cash forecasting capabilities. This is a highly visible role with significant opportunity to make an impact, working closely with a variety of stakeholders including FP&A, Accounting, and Tax. This position will be located at our New York office and report to the Senior Director, Treasurer.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Bank Administration – Assist with the administration of banking platforms, including adding, removing, and updating users, updating bank signatories, responding to OFAC questionnaires, and FBAR filings.
· Cash Management – Collaborate with Accounting in day-to-day cash management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank systems.
· Cash Reporting – Assist with the production of weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash reporting, including variance explanations for actual versus projected cash flow results.
· Cash Forecasting – Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash forecasting models including the direct method 13-week cash forecast. Ensure sufficient liquidity is available by legal entity to meet ongoing operational requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
· BA/BS degree, preferably in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field
· 3–5 years of relevant work experience
· Financial modeling experience in Excel, ideally in cash forecasting, and a working understanding of core accounting concepts
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
· Experience with Workday, Kyriba, CashPro, and/or HSBCnet preferred
· Attention to detail, analytic consistency, and data integrity are required
· Strong problem-solving and creative-solution skills, combined with a hands-on, get-it-done, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude

Compensation: GLG is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
The anticipated hiring base salary range for this role is:
$55,000—$95,000 USD
