What would you do?
Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations.
You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable They are involved in the identification of need finding and qualifying the suppliers requesting proposals negotiating with suppliers contracting delivery and analyzing results
A systematic approach used for buying all the goods and services needed for a particular project or for the company generally to stay sustainable.
It consists of: the identification of need; finding and qualifying the suppliers; requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results; and contract close. What are we looking for?
Lead and manage a team of buyers to ensure the efficient purchasing of goods and services.
Drive regular knowledge assessments and one-on-one sessions with team members to get insights into challenges, strengths and opportunities in the buying process.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize buying processes and achieve cost-effective solutions.
Monitor team performance, KPIs, and provide constructive feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
Collaborate with clients and internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and delivery.
