MTLC Building Group is looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. If you know how to keep projects moving, solve problems that may arise, and build strong relationships along the way, we’d like to meet you.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in tenant build-outs, renovations, and small- to mid-sized ground-up construction who can confidently manage projects from preconstruction through closeout. (And if you’re a high performer in doing so, you’ll be especially interested in our bonus structure—one you’ve likely not seen.)

How You’ll Make an Impact
As an MTLC Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of your projects and help lead them from preconstruction through completion. You’ll work closely with customers, architects, subcontractors, superintendents, and the MTLC team to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and moving in the right direction.
On a typical project, you’ll:
Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Build strong relationships with customers and understand their plans, priorities, and expectations
Provide accurate estimates and prepare project budgets and bids
Thoroughly assess subcontractor bids
Develop project schedules, along with staging, logistics, and phasing plans
Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, vendors, and other project partners
Communicate daily with MTLC superintendents to stay ahead of project progress, performance, and potential issues
Monitor project financials and budgets throughout construction
Solve problems, manage conflicts, and keep projects moving forward
Deliver the level of service and quality that keeps customers coming back to MTLC

Why You May Be a Great Fit

Commercial construction experience, particularly in tenant finish/build-out and renovation projects
Experience independently managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
A solid understanding of project budgets and financials
The ability to read and understand architectural and MEP drawings
