About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Senior Production Designer with strong and recent experience across Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
This is a production-focused role, not a Creative Director, Art Director, or Production Manager position. The ideal candidate is someone who is currently executing design work directly and can move quickly and confidently between Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Figma.
The role will support a fast-paced creative environment producing and adapting a wide range of print, digital, presentation, editorial, event, and branded assets. Success requires excellent technical execution, strong file organization, attention to brand standards, and the ability to deliver accurate, production-ready work at speed.
Advanced, hands-on InDesign experience is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and deliver high-quality print and digital production assets based on established brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Build, edit, format, and maintain complex documents using Adobe InDesign.
- Produce and adapt assets using Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Figma.
- Create and update materials such as eBooks, long-form documents, presentations, digital campaigns, event graphics, booth assets, environmental graphics, and other branded collateral.
- Prepare production-ready files according to technical specifications and vendor requirements.
- Work efficiently across multiple formats, dimensions, markets, and versions while maintaining visual and brand consistency.
- Use Figma for digital production, templates, reusable components, libraries, and scalable asset creation.
- Maintain clean, organized, and scalable working files across both Adobe CC and Figma.
- Perform quality-control checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, correct formatting, and production readiness.
- Manage multiple concurrent requests in a high-volume production environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with Design Leads, project stakeholders, and production partners to clarify requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Identify potential production risks early and communicate them proactively.
- Contribute to improving templates, workflows, production standards, and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience in Production Design, Graphic Production, Brand Production, or a closely related design environment.
- Recent, hands-on professional experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- Advanced Adobe InDesign proficiency is required, including the ability to independently create, edit, format, and prepare production-ready documents.
- Strong professional proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and final-file/PDF preparation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma, ideally including components, templates, libraries, reusable assets, and scalable production workflows.
- Demonstrated experience producing both print and digital assets.
- Experience preparing files for professional print production and working according to technical specifications.
- Experience with long-form/editorial assets, presentations, events, large-format or environmental graphics is highly valuable.
- Ability to work directly in production files at a fast pace without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
- Proven experience handling multiple deliverables and versions simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, image preparation, brand consistency, and production standards.
- Professional English communication skills for collaboration within a global team.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant hands-on production work is required.
What We're Specifically Looking For
The strongest candidate will be a designer who is still actively producing the work themselves.
We are especially interested in candidates who can demonstrate recent projects where they personally worked in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma, rather than primarily managing, reviewing, or directing the work of other designers.
During the selection process, candidates should be prepared to discuss how they structure their files, build reusable assets, work with templates and components, prepare files for print or digital delivery, and maintain speed and accuracy across high-volume requests.
Preferred Experience
Experience in an agency, internal creative studio, brand production team, or global corporate environment is highly desirable. Exposure to event/booth production, large-format graphics, eBooks/editorial design, presentation production, localization/versioning, design systems, Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Workspace, or AI-assisted creative workflows is considered an advantage.
