Senior Full-stack JavaScript Engineer

We are seeking a Senior JavaScript Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and ship production features end-to-end across our stack (Node.js, React, PostgreSQL/Redis, AWS). You will integrate AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code into your daily workflow to enhance productivity and code quality. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to critically review AI-generated code.
Kindly note that this role supports remote work, but only from within Ukraine.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and deliver full-stack features across frontend (React, Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers
Own tasks end-to-end, including implementation, testing, code review, and documentation
Use AI coding tools daily for implementation, debugging, test generation, and code exploration
Apply prompt engineering to achieve reliable and accurate AI-generated outputs
Critically review AI-generated code for correctness, logic, and quality before merging
Integrate with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and third-party services
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning
Debug and resolve production issues using AI tools to accelerate root-cause analysis
Requirements
4+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar database systems
Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
Daily production experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code)
Strong prompt engineering skills and ability to validate AI-generated code
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under delivery pressure
English proficiency at B2+ or higher
Nice to have
System design expertise and experience with multi-step agentic workflows
Ability to manage parallel AI agents safely and critically review AI-generated PRs
Skilled at designing reusable prompts and multi-step agentic flows
