Remote Customer Coordinator

Do you enjoy travel, helping others, and having the flexibility to work remotely?
We are looking for motivated, organized individuals interested in working as a Remote Customer Coordinator . In this role, you will help clients research and plan vacations, cruises, resorts, hotels, tours, and other travel experiences based on their interests and budgets.
No previous travel industry experience is required. Training, resources, supplier education, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the travel industry and build your skills.
Responsibilities
• Assist clients with researching and planning vacations and travel experiences
• Recommend destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, tours, and vacation packages
• Create personalized travel options and itineraries based on client preferences and budgets
• Coordinate reservations through established travel suppliers
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after travel
• Stay informed about destinations, promotions, and supplier updates
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Organized and able to manage multiple details
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Willingness to complete training and continue learning
• Interest in travel and helping others plan memorable experiences
