We are looking for US Non-IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team.
𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: 𝟰
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘂𝗿, 𝗛𝘆𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 𝟮–𝟯 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
2–3 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn sourcing
Excellent knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing
Experience recruiting for Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automation, Electrical, Mechanical or related domains
Good understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes
Strong communication and candidate screening skills
Ability to work with multiple requirements and meet submission targets
Priority will be given to recruiters who are strong in LinkedIn sourcing and have US Non-IT recruitment experience.
