Job Overview
We are looking for a Design Specialist to create high-quality, engaging, and learner-centric learning content across digital, blended, and instructor-led formats. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in instructional design, content development, storyboarding, and digital learning tools.
Key Responsibilities
Develop learning content, storyboards, activities, assessments, and learner resources aligned with defined learning objectives and curriculum requirements.
Create engaging e-learning, digital, blended, and instructor-led content using established instructional design principles.
Work with SMEs, faculty, and design teams to gather information, structure content, simplify complex concepts, and develop learner-friendly materials.
Develop and update digital content using Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Canva, or similar tools.
Conduct content reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and instructional effectiveness.
Incorporate learner feedback and stakeholder inputs to improve content quality, engagement, and learning outcomes.
Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in instructional design, content development, e-learning, digital learning, L&D, or EdTech.
Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, content structuring, storyboarding, and e-learning development.
Hands-on experience with Articulate 360/Storyline/Rise, Vyond, Canva, or equivalent content development tools.
Ability to work effectively with SMEs, faculty, instructional designers, and stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication with excellent attention to detail and content quality.
Ability to manage multiple content development assignments and meet defined timelines.
Exposure to LMS, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning, gamification, and digital learning technologies is an advantage.
