About The Role
We are seeking a consultant with strong experience in project management, Agile delivery, Scrum, and business analysis to support large-scale business and technology transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing workstreams, engaging stakeholders, driving delivery, and translating business needs into actionable solutions.
Candidates with exposure to AI, data architecture, process transformation, or product ownership will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate project workstreams, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
Develop and manage project plans, governance cadence, RAID logs, dependencies, and executive status reporting.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Create business process maps, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with product owners, solution architects, technical teams, and business users to deliver client outcomes.
Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies while proactively managing stakeholder expectations.
Support business process transformation, operating model design, and change management initiatives.
Prepare high-quality client presentations, workshops, and executive communications.
Preferred Skills
Experience as a Product Owner or working closely with Product Management teams.
Exposure to AI/Generative AI use cases, digital transformation, or intelligent automation.
Understanding of data architecture, data governance, analytics, or cloud data platforms.
Experience in business process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies.
Scrum Master, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSPO, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
