About The Role
As an Internal Recruiter at Legacy Farmer, you will build and integrate a dedicated internal recruiting capability within the HR department to streamline talent sourcing, accelerate time-to-hire, and standardize the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to new hire handoff.
Responsibilities
Ideal Candidate
Manage full-cycle recruitment workflows across active open requisitions and direct candidate pipelines.
Manage ATS operations, job postings, and applicant tracking within BambooHR.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Slots, and candidate engagement features to drive candidate sourcing.
Screen incoming applicants, conduct initial interview assessments, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
Establish weekly recruiting metrics and status reporting to company leadership.
Ensure seamless handoff of hired candidates into department onboarding workflows.

Required
Experience and Qualifications
Must be located in the US
Proven experience in full-cycle internal recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, pipeline management, and interviewing practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to represent company brand effectively
Preferred
Experience with ATS platforms (BambooHR)
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Solutions
Background or interest in the Agriculture industry
Compensation & Incentive Plan
Base Salary: $65,000
Target Total Cash (OTE): $75,000 / year + (Uncapped)
Quarterly Performance Incentive Plan
Variable compensation is earned through a combination of quarterly headcount target completion and per-hire outbound headhunting kickers.
Baseline Headcount Goal (Quarterly)
Quarterly headcount targets are established in BambooHR at the beginning of each calendar quarter based on department hiring requirements.
100% Target Completion: $2,500 baseline bonus
75% Target Completion: $1875 baseline bonus
50% Target Completion: $1,250 baseline bonus
25% Target Completion: $625 baseline bonus
Outbound Headhunt Kickers (Uncapped)
In Addition To The Baseline Headcount Bonus, The Recruiter Earns a Direct Cash Kicker For Every Candidate Successfully Hired Via Direct LinkedIn Outreach (logged In BambooHR)
Tier 1 (Entry / Temp Roles - Setters, Temps): +$150 per hire
Tier 2 (Mid-Level Roles - Coaches, Content Manager): +$250 per hire
Tier 3 (Revenue Drivers - Closers): +$400 per hire
Tier 4 (Leadership Roles - Sales Managers): +$600 per hire
