As our Certified Surgical Tech, Heart Team, you will work under the supervision of the surgeon and RN, bringing specialized cardiac surgical expertise to support complex, high-stakes heart procedures. Every day, you will arrange and inventory sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies for cardiac surgical cases, passing items to surgeons and nurses as needed throughout the procedure. You will also assist in preparing and moving patients, along with sterilizing and cleaning instruments, equipment, and rooms between cases.
