Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Collection Vendor role based in Dehradun. The Data Collection Vendor is responsible for executing field data collection tasks according to defined procedures and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting assigned locations, capturing data using company-provided tools and devices, and ensuring accurate labeling, documentation, and secure transfer of collected data. The role also involves coordinating with supervisors and technical teams, following safety and compliance guidelines, and reporting progress or issues in a timely manner. The successful candidate will maintain consistent productivity, uphold data integrity, and support continuous improvement of collection processes.
Qualifications
Ability to perform structured data collection tasks in real-world environments, including careful handling of devices and adherence to data capture protocols.
Basic technical proficiency with smartphones, tablets, or other data collection equipment, and comfort using apps or software tools for logging and uploading data.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow written instructions, check work for completeness, and maintain organized records.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, including clear reporting to supervisors, responsiveness to feedback, and respectful interaction with team members and external stakeholders.
Reliability and time management skills, with the ability to meet daily and weekly targets, work on-site in Dehradun, and adapt to changing field conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in field operations, surveying, or data collection is an advantage but not required.
Willingness to work in outdoor or varied environments, follow safety guidelines, and comply with company policies and local regulations.
