Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role Description
We're looking for someone whose posts turn into inquiries from people who are actually planning an event. We need qualified leads, consistently.
You'll be creating content within a strategy, a workflow, and a set of tools we've built around our business, preferences, and brand. If you already work with a system, you believe would improve on ours, bring it, we'll take it seriously.
What you'll own
Turning strategy into posts that perform. This is where your expertise comes in. We know our business; you need to know the platforms, what the algorithms currently reward, what formats are working, what cadence and hook structure actually drive saves, shares, and DMs.
Reporting on what's working. Simple, honest numbers: leads generated, where they came from, what content produced them, what you're changing next month as a result.
What you need to bring
Required
Account you've managed and/or content you've made that brought in leads, and the ability to walk us through how it did it
Working, current knowledge of platform algorithms and best practices (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Familiarity with the events, wedding, hospitality, or an adjacent service industry
Fast, self-directed learner
Nice to have
Paid social experience
Short-form video editing
