About the Role
Yamin Bath World is looking for a smart, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Executive / Salesman to join our showroom team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive sales mindset, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bathware and sanitaryware products.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
* Explain product features, pricing, warranty, and other details.
* Prepare quotations and handle customer follow-ups.
* Convert enquiries into sales and work towards sales targets.
* Maintain customer relationships and provide a good showroom experience.
* Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness.
* Coordinate with the team regarding product availability and orders.
* Maintain basic customer and sales records.
Candidate Requirements
* Good Malayalam communication skills.
* Basic English communication skills.
* Strong customer-handling skills.
* Sales-oriented mindset.
* Smart and presentable personality.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Previous experience in sanitaryware, bath fittings, tiles, or building-material sales will be an advantage.
* Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
