Lead pilot projects for large-scale virtual onboarding experiences.
Ensure learning content aligns with organizational goals and standards.
Senior Learning Experience Designer Qualifications:
Proven experience designing both live and digital learning experiences.
Expertise with the Docebo Learning Management System.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
