Occupational Therapist

We are hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in adolescent behavioral health and autism support.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive functional evaluations and sensory processing assessments for adolescents (ages 8–17) on the autism spectrum.
Provide group occupational therapy targeting emotional regulation, sensory integration, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
Train patients in self-care skills such as dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting/hygiene, feeding and eating skills to promote greater independence in daily living.
Partner with BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts), registered behavioral technicians, and mental health therapists within a multidisciplinary care model.
Utilize trauma-informed co-regulation and positive behavior support strategies during times of emotional or behavioral distress.
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with facility and insurance standards.
Assist individual patients with hygiene and functional needs.
Schedule is Monday - Friday
Requirements
Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
Current, active State of Nevada Occupational Therapy license.
Minimum one (1) year of adolescent clinical experience, preferably with autism spectrum disorders and sensory processing challenges.
