You will join a collaborative advertising team where strong analysis, clear communication, and steady execution make a direct impact.
What You'll Do
Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns, primarily in Google Ads, with potential expansion into display advertising.
Conduct keyword research, review search terms, manage negative keywords, and refine targeting to improve campaign performance.
Monitor bids, budgets, ad copy, and conversion data to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI.
Turn campaign data into clear insights and practical recommendations for clients and internal teams.
Partner with Account Managers on monthly reporting, strategy discussions, and occasional client calls.
Write and test ad copy using paid search best practices and A/B testing methods.
Use tools such as Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and project management platforms to stay organized and accountable.

Campaigns are consistently monitored, optimized, and aligned with client goals.
Account Managers receive clear insights they can use in client reporting and strategy conversations.
Clients see thoughtful recommendations tied to performance data and business outcomes.
Work is completed accurately, on time, and in line with internal SOPs.
You manage multiple client accounts with strong organization, clear priorities, and reliable time tracking.
You contribute to a team culture built on accountability, learning, and constructive communication.
What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on paid search.
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.
Google Ads Search Certification.
Experience managing multiple client accounts at once, preferably in an agency environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations.
Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred: Experience with Google Ads Display, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Ads Editor, and annual ad budgets of $200K or more.
