The Condo Documents Specialist is responsible for accurately gathering all condominium project documentation and assists in rendering a decision based on salability to the applicable Agency and UHM guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities
Add Condo Conditions to the loan as applicable
Orders initial condo questionnaire from HOA and follow up on any missing items
Ordering of required secondary condo documents as requested by the Collateral Condo Underwriter within 24 hours
Submit secondary condo documentation within 24 hours of receipt
Follow up on the status of requested secondary condo documentation within 48 hours of request
Follow up on the status of condo appraisal revisions within 48 hours of request
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a financial or analytical field.
Knowledge/Experience in the review of property types, appraisal reviews, and financial statements.
Skills Required
Strong attention to organization, detail, and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Excel and loan origination systems
Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and customer service
Effective interpersonal skills and technical report writing skills
Experience with FHA/VA/Conventional Agency loans
Displays a strong work ethic.
Personal organization
Adaptability and flexibility
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
Fosters teamwork
Uses sound judgment
Comfortable using financial/quantitative data
