To support our growing client portfolio, we are looking for an autonomous, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with established networks in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences.

This is a 100% independent, remote contractor position built for self-starters who want complete freedom over how, when, and where they work.
Complete Flexibility: Work on your own schedule, set your own hours, and operate entirely independently.
Uncapped Upside:There is no ceiling on your earnings. You earn competitive commission on every direct deal closed, with additional incentives for retainers and renewals.
High-Value Deals: B2B healthcare, epidemiology, and research consulting projects carry significant contract values, creating substantial earning potential per deal.
Full Delivery Support: You focus on relationship building, prospecting, and closing our core team of scientific experts and epidemiologists handles project scoping, methodology, and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Independently identify, target, and initiate strategic conversations with decision-makers in pharmaceutical, biotech, digital health, NGO, and public health sectors.
• Source new B2B consulting opportunities through active networking, outbound prospecting, and warm relationship activation.
• Qualify potential client needs and coordinate introductory discovery calls with Evorentia’s technical team.
• Present Evorentia's core consulting capabilities (epidemiological analysis, systematic reviews, health policy briefs, feasibility studies) and guide prospects through contract execution.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and outreach strategy autonomously.
What We Are Looking For
• Self-Driven & Autonomous: Proven ability to work completely alone, manage your own time, and drive leads without daily oversight.
• Proven Track Record: 3+ years of successful B2B business development or enterprise sales experience in healthcare, pharma, health tech, or scientific consulting.
• Active Professional Network: Established connections with decision-makers (VP/Director level in Research, Medical Affairs, Public Health, Strategy, or Innovation).
• Strong Communication: Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and high-level B2B consultative selling skills.
