Part-Time Special Education Tutor (Remote)

About This Role
Conduit Academy is looking for a special education tutor to teach one live online class per week, [math/mornings EST]. This is a small, focused commitment to start, with the potential for additional classes as our programs grow. It's a good fit for an experienced educator who wants meaningful, flexible work alongside other commitments.
What You'll Do
Teach engaging live classes: Lead a weekly synchronous session for a small group of 4 fourth/fifth grade students with diverse learning profiles, using our structured, research-based approach.
Weave in executive functioning: Build playful, practical executive functioning skills into your lessons alongside academic content.
Stay connected: Collaborate with our team for planning and to support each student's growth.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in special education, education, or a related field
Experience working with elementary or middle school students with learning differences
Comfort teaching live online and using common virtual classroom tools
Special education certification, a master's degree, or structured literacy training (such as Orton-Gillingham) is a plus

Compensation: [$45-$55 per hour]
