Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably handling technology profiles.
Basic understanding of tech roles (e.g., developers, testers, analysts, etc.).
Advanced Conversational English proficiency (Minimum C1); ability to comfortably hold business conversations in English.
Solid experience handling sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, OCC, Indeed, etc.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Nice-to-Have
Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies or specialized IT recruitment workflows.
Certifications or coursework in Tech Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
