200-275 BPS Compensation on personal production

We are seeking:
Dynamic mortgage professionals capable of independently generating business.
In-depth understanding of mortgage industry dynamics and market trends.
Mortgage Loan Officers must hold a valid license in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah-DRE, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin maintaining good standing with NMLS.
Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Originate loans though cultivating and nurturing client relationships.
Assess client needs and recommend suitable mortgage products.
Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes.
