Regional Vice President

Role Description The Regional Vice President is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing business operations and growth within an assigned region. This role includes setting regional strategy, driving revenue, and managing key client and partner relationships in the media and entertainment sector. The Regional Vice President will lead and develop regional teams, ensure consistent delivery of high-quality production services, and monitor performance against financial and operational targets. Day-to-day activities involve collaborating with cross-functional internal teams, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and representing Reel Dunes Production at virtual and in-person industry meetings and events as needed.
Qualifications
Leadership and management skills, including team development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Business development and strategic planning capabilities, with experience in revenue growth, market expansion, and client relationship management.
Operational and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and overseeing regional P&L.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Background in media, entertainment, film, or related industries, with an understanding of production workflows and client needs.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment, demonstrating self-management, adaptability, and sound decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media Management, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
Several years of experience in regional leadership or senior management roles, preferably within media or production services.
