Warehouse Team Lead

AZK INC. is seeking a reliable and organized Warehosue Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations while actively supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Manage receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory checks.
Coordinate shipments and work with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Uline.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor warehouse supplies, packaging materials, and shipping equipment.
Operate or oversee the safe use of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Ensure warehouse safety, security, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Assist with loading and unloading shipments when required.
Identify inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or operational issues and resolve them promptly.
Maintain proper documentation for shipments, receipts, inventory, and warehouse activities.
Support and coordinate warehouse staff as needed.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is a plus.
1+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Uline.
Forklift experience or certification preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet daily deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting, moving, loading, and unloading items as required.
