Afternoon/Evening Inbound Sales Agent - Remote ON - October 23rd

1-800-GOT-JUNK?, part of O2E Brands, is hiring happy, hard-working individuals to join our 250+ Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada.
Hiring Immediately for October 23rd.
Full-Time - Work 5 days, Monday-Sunday at 8.5 hours per shift, between 3 PM - 5 AM EST

Earn $19.70 hourly plus commission, average $200-800 a month
A Day in the Life
Answer incoming Australian calls and provide a world-class experience for our Australian customers
You receive inbound calls only - there are no outbound cold calls in this role
Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger
Customers call in for various reasons, such as inquiring about our services, they have junk to remove and want to see if we service their area, if and when we can take it away, and often ask about pricing. In these instances, you will answer their questions to convert those inquiries to bookings for our truck team members to take away their items.
All new agents must be available to start on October 23rd
You receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training, so you are set up for success
After the 3 weeks, each agent joins a team with a Team Lead who will support you, and help you learn and grow
What You Bring To The Table
You are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in Ontario.
Training availability for the first 3 weeks to work between 10 AM and 6.30 PM EST, Monday-Friday.
Following training, availability to work between 3 PM and 5 AM EST, Monday - Sunday.
A very friendly telephone manner, strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
A quiet space at home, quick & reliable wired internet connection, and a good personal computer with min 8GB memory
Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus!
A wired connection using an Ethernet cable is required
